At Alice’s Imagination, we want you to love every item you bring home from our shop. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process as simple and smooth as possible.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Because many of our products are made to order, return approval will depend on the item type and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Stickers & decals
- Pillows (if opened)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at info@alicesimagination.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design?
We’re happy to help as long as the item is eligible. Contact us at info@alicesimagination.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Many items begin production shortly after purchase, so changes may not always be possible once printing or fulfillment has started.
