❓ Are your products made to order?

Yes! Most of our apparel, décor, and accessories are printed just for you after ordering. This helps reduce waste and keeps our Wonderland designs fresh and unique.


❓ How long will my order take to ship?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.


❓ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
International customers are responsible for customs fees or duties where applicable.


❓ Can I change or cancel my order?

We’ll try!
However, many items enter production quickly. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best.


❓ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at support@alicesimagination.com within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.


❓ Can I return something if I don’t like it?

Eligible, unused, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days.
Personalized items and certain décor items (like opened pillows) are non-returnable.

❓ What materials do you use?

We use high-quality fabrics and inks, with most items printed on trusted brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Port & Company depending on the product.


❓ My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Sometimes carriers experience delays.
If your package hasn’t moved in 4+ days, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
